Availability

The keys will be available from 4pm on the date of arrival and must be returned by 10am on the day of departure.

 

Occupation

The number of people occupying the house must not exceed five. The property must not be sub-let.

Please endeavour to keep the property and all its contents in a clean and tidy condition (fair wear and tear expected).

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs) on the property.

 

Smoking

Thank you for not smoking on the property.

 

Farm Safety

The surrounding farms are working farms and as such potentially dangerous equipment (tractors, haulage lorries, quad bikes and other farm machinery) operates in and around these areas at all times. Guests are strongly advised to ensure that children do not wander onto the road or into the fields without supervision.

 

Liability

The property owner will not be held liable for any damage to, or loss of, guests' personal possessions that may occur while staying at the property.
